Terms of Use

This "Terms and Conditions" will refer to the terms applied for domain registration, web hosting and designing prospects of Nepalhost (P) Ltd. For purposes of this contract, the client will be referred, "Client" and Nepalhost (P) Ltd. will be referred, "Nepalhost." This agreement is set forth between the parties for the intent of domain registration, hosting, web page designing and updating by Nepalhost during the time valid.

Terms

This agreement will be valid for the period of 12 months, initiating from the date of service. During this time, the cost of domain registration, web hosting, web designing and update will be the same as listed in those individual pages, irrespective of increment or decrement of the charges during that period.

Exclusion

The Client agrees that any other web hosting company during the terms of this agreement will not build the web pages. The Client agrees to link any web sites associated with them to Nepalhost.

Termination

The Client agrees not to post any material that is considered obscene or vulgar on any web site owned by the Client and hosted by Nepalhost. Violation of this policy can result to a termination of service by Nepalhost.

Web Update

Web pages can be updated as requested by the Client. All charges pertaining to the web page updates are listed in the particular page.

Security

All data on the Client's web site is regularly backed up. Keeping in mind that Internet security is a challenge to anybody, Nepalhost cannot be held liable for any loss due to the problems aroused by Internet security.
